Our Satisfaction Guarantee:
Some charter companies offer a "no fish, no pay" guarantee. We do not. We target game fish and as such there are many factors beyond our control that prohibit us from offering this without compromising our commitment to excellence in the pursuit of top shelf fishing adventures.
However, we offer a satisfaction guarantee. If at the end of the day, you can look the captain in the eye and say that you don't believe he tried hard to put you on fish, that he was unpleasant to be around, or that your captain made the charter unacceptable in any way... you owe us nothing. We will not be judged by the wild animals we pursue but by the people we pursue them for.
To have a "no fish no pay" guarantee is a marketing ploy. Anyone that knows anything about fishing can put one fish (game fish or not) in the boat on all but the most miserable of fishing days. We strive for more than that. We strive for excellence in service. If you feel the service wasn't excellent, please let us know and we will adamantly refuse payment. This policy goes for any charter, whether you caught zero fish or 100 fish.
To date, we've not had a single day where payment wasn't insisted upon by our clients and we believe that is a testimony to our continued commitment to excellence. |
