Reservation Policy
All online reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. For short notice reservations, please contact Capt. Clay by phone, 813-300-2147, prior to using the online reservation system. All reservations require a $50 deposit due at the time you place the reservation. The remainder of the balance is due at the end of the charter. Payments accepted are cash, check, and Visa and Mastercard.
Cancellation Policy
All moneys paid in advance for a reservation will be returned to you should you cancel your charter at least 72 hours prior to the start of your scheduled charter. Cancellations made within 72 hours of a scheduled charter will forfeit their deposit. Cancellations made on the same calendar day of a scheduled charter may be charged the full amount of the charter (decision made by Capt. Clay) and at the very least will forfeit their deposit.
Bad Weather Policy
Unless you hear otherwise from Capt. Clay, he will be at the dock at your reserved time. Capt. Clay has access to up to the minute weather radar on his boat and watches the weather carefully. Just because it's raining doesn't mean the fish aren't biting. If N.O.A.A. issues a "Small Craft Advisory" the charter must be canceled or rescheduled as Capt. Clay's insurance company will not cover him when a "Small Craft Advisory" has been issued prior to the start of the charter. Should inclement weather force us to cancel the trip (decision made by Capt. Clay), every attempt will be made to give you priority when rescheduling. If you cannot reschedule, Capt. Clay will gladly refund all moneys to you in the same manner in which they were paid. Please allow up to 72 hours for refunds to be issued and then please allow credit card companies to process the refund or for the banks to clear checks once refund checks are issued.
