INSTRUCTIONS:
***JUST BECAUSE A DATE HAS A COLOR ON IT, IT DOES NOT MEAN YOU CANNOT HAVE THE DATE YOU NEED. MANY TIMES DATES ARE ONLY PARTIALLY BOOKED AND MANY TIMES CLIENTS CAN BE MOVED AROUND TO FIT YOUR SCHEDULE. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE CALL ME IF IT LOOKS LIKE A DATE YOU WANT IS BOOKED. ODDS ARE WE CAN MAKE THINGS WORK. ***
1. At the bottom of this page you will find a calendar with Capt. Clay’s availability. Click on the day you wish to book charter.
2. Select the type of charter you wish to book and then click on the “book now” button
3. Fill out form and submit (make sure to read and check policy). A $95 deposit is required and can be paid for with Visa or MasterCard through this online booking calendar. You may also mail in your deposit with a check or you can call me with a Discover card or American Express card to place a deposit (call for details). The online reservation system only works with Visa and MasterCard.
4. You should get an immediate confirmation (print it) and when you return to the calendar, your trip should show up as scheduled. If you do not get a confirmation, your transaction did not go through. REST ASSURED! This calendar is ACCURATE. If you schedule a trip using this calendar, Capt. Clay will contact you to finalize the details and will be ready at the dock at your appointed date and time.
VERY IMPORTANT When scheduling the charter, please enter the total number of anglers that will be coming along.
***RATES ARE BASED ON TWO ANGLERS. ADD $50 FOR EACH ADDITIONAL ANGLER***
***IF GAS PRICES GO OVER $3.99 per GALLON, I WILL HAVE TO ADD A $25 SURCHARGE TO THE PRICE OF YOUR CHARTER (EVEN IF YOU RESERVE THE CHARTER PRIOR TO THE GAS PRICE INCREASE… PLEASE UNDERSTAND THIS BEFORE BOOKING). IF GAS REACHES $5.00-$6.00 PER GALLON, THERE WILL BE A $50 SURCHARGE ADDED TO THE PRICE OF YOUR CHARTER. IF GAS GOES HIGHER THAN $6.00 PER GALLON, I’M FINDING A NEW JOB
